i've been meaning to ask since your wedding last year - when is it okay to wear shorts in austria? It was nearly 80F(27C) and we only saw three pair of shorts the whole day in the middle of Vienna, and i was wearing one of them. are the people wound kind of tight?
No, but in the city they don't wear shorts (only americans....;-)). It was also too early in the year, in april the people don't really trust the weather.
