It is Easter break. Called Påsklov in these parts. So, if you are keeping count, Swedish kids get two seperate weeks off school in the Winter-Spring term. One is Sportslov and this one is Påsklov. Sportslov is just a week off in the winter to go play in the snow. Which we never received this year. Påsklov is the week after Easter.
Sweden also lets people off on Good Friday and the Monday after Easter. We have just started considering a fun trip over the long weekend but weirdly our car window is malfunctioning. We may not be able to get it repaired because of the holiday.
