I think the artist once-again-known-as had an album of the same title. This has nothing to do with that. It does have to do with changing seasons. Here in Sweden it means the sun is glaring before 5:30 a.m. Some other signs are that spring has come like these flowers the deer haven't eaten.
Or that it's light enough again in the evenings for long bike rides as a family.
Or that it's warm enough again to relaunch SS Minnow II.
Or that a new life is about to change the lives of loved ones drastically.

Often I dread change. But changes can be joyful too as your post illustrates. I love to see the change of seasons.
